Field Sales Team Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to lead a small, established sales team and personally manage the Wales and Midlands sales regions, with a requirement to regularly attend our Head Office in Swansea.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales and growth targets are achieved by representing the company in line with our growth strategy, values and brand identity, putting customers first and ensuring they receive the best customer experience possible.

Ideally from the giftware industry with a proven track record and at least 3 years’ experience of achieving set targets in a field based SME B2B sales environment. The role will involve seeking and developing new business opportunities, developing existing accounts and motivating the remote field sales team to achieve set targets.

Candidates should have a good level of IT literacy with an organised and structured approach, have the ability to motivate yourself and others, be articulate and well-presented and a team player.
