Xystos handles the Truth
Home and gift company Xystos
has signed a worldwide licensing agreement with Truth jewellery to
launch and distribute new collections of handbags, small leather items
and ladies accessories.
Truth is a brand from the Paul Kennedy portfolio
renowned for producing high quality, fresh, brightly coloured inspiring
charm jewellery.
Xystos will unveil Truth accessories at the upcoming Home & Gift
Harrogate exhibition. The new product launch will feature 64 handbags,
58 purses and seven umbrellas: the accessories range will be a key range
for autumn/winter 2010.
Xystos general manager Tom Sykes says: "We have wanted a handbag range
in our portfolio for the last two years, but were adamant that we would
only bring a range to market with the support of a well known brand."
"We now have that and are both excited and delighted to be working with a
fantastic trading partner such as Paul Kennedy. Furthermore, Truth's
brand prestige will bring kudos to Xystos."
The new range - described by Tom as "bang on trend" - has been brought
to fruition by the Xystos creative team, who looked to the current Truth
range for inspirational designs that could be translated into fabulous
new accessories. Great care has been taken to protect the Truth brand
identity and integrity, which is evident when looking at the accessories
themes, details, stitching and linings.
Paul Kennedy comments: "The partnership with Xystos has created many new
opportunities for the Truth brand, allowing the products to cross into
new markets whilst still reflecting the ethos of the jewellery
collection. We very much look forward to the continued success of this
joint venture and are keenly anticipating working with Xystos on key
trends for Spring/Summer 2011."
Buyers and press will be able to view the Truth accessories range at a
champagne launch on the Xystos stand in the newly named Home and Gift
marquee at the Cairn from 4pm on Monday, July 19. Paul Kennedy, head
designer and MD of Truth jewellery, will attend the launch.
