China Sourcing Fair: Gifts & Premiums returns for its autumn edition
at Hong Kong's AsiaWorld-Expo on October 20 to 23, 2010.
With the economy steadily picking up this year, the show offers the
chance for retailers to replenish inventories and prepare to meet higher
demand with the latest and most in-demand products in the market.
China Sourcing Fair: Gifts & Premiums in April this year attracted a total of 20,362 visitors from 131 countries and regions. The huge attendance was also shared with co-located China Sourcing Fairs: Home Products, Baby & Children's Products and India Sourcing Fair: Home Products.
The event has been a trusted sourcing platform among top buyers in the industry. Big buyers at the event included American Gift Corp., At Home America, Atico, Dairy Farm, Hallmark, Hamleys Asia, Hobby Lobby, Intercoop, Kikkerland, Li & Fung, Logomark, Inc., Mattel Europa Trading, Otto International, RadioShack, Sanrio Wave Hong Kong, Sears, Swarovski Hong Kong, ThreeSixty Sourcing, Timex Group BV and more.
The Fair has made thousands of loyal visitors who come back for wide product picks and big assembly of competitive suppliers from Greater China and Asia. Company representative Scott Nash of Team Shop Premiums from the US was among the satisfied visitors. He said: " We met 20 suppliers so far and they are great! I've been coming to the shows for the past years. It's not so crowded and you can sit down and talk to the suppliers. This is very well organized from the free shuttle services to the hall organisation. I will absolutely come back to the next show in fall.”
Kerry Renwick, director of Hi-Tech Packaging from New Zealand, is a regular visitor to the Fair, adding: "I have been to the China Sourcing Fairs for the fourth time now. I come often to see what's new. The quality of the suppliers here is very good. The different country pavilions provide a lot of product variety. I don't have to visit those countries. I just need to come here and get everything I need. I also used the free train service, which is very helpful. The buyer registration is very convenient. I will definitely be here again."
AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong's premier exhibition center, is just a minute away from the airport and 28 minutes from downtown via Airport Express train. Global Sources will also provide free shuttle bus transportation to take visitors from multiple city locations to the venue during the four-day show.
The China Sourcing Fair is held in April and October, which are peak sourcing periods in Hong Kong. This strategic timing allows visitors to attend other trade shows in the region.
