Good Toy Guide gears up for Christmas

Companies that want to get involved in the Good Toy Guide's hugely popular Christmas campaign should get in early

The Good Toy Guide Christmas campaign is well underway.

This year sees the trusted Fundamentally Children experts giving sound advice to parents about the toys they will be buying for their little ones at Christmas.

Last year’s campaign helped parents find a selection of toys that promoted a balanced play diet and some toy companies were disappointed not to have their products included. Those companies that wish to be a part of this year's campaign should get in touch as soon as possible.

Amanda Gummer, founder of the Fundamentally Children said: 'We only recommend toys that have gone through the independent testing with children and professionals and have met the criteria to be included in the Good Toy Guide and this testing process normally takes around 3-4 weeks. Even with a fast track evaluation, we still struggle to get the feedback from the different testers in less than a week, so it’s vital that companies with good toys submit them for evaluation in plenty of time to enable the successful ones to benefit from inclusion in the campaigns.'
