Jessops Opens new Brighton Store

‘Multi-channel strategy’ working wonders for the company

Jessops has seen its first 2016 store opening as the 51st shop in the company’s portfolio was unveiled in Brighton.

The store, which opened its doors last week, is being hailed as a welcome addition to one of the UK’s most vibrant cities helping customers both old and new to capture its creative urban essence.

The Brighton flagship shop forms part of Jessop’s multi-channel business strategy, which is working wonders for them.

Neil Old, Jessops CEO, said: ‘Our success is a multi-channel strategy, within which the high street plays a key role.

‘It is all about giving shoppers choice on how to buy – whether that’s in store, by phone, online 24/7 or via the collect at store service.

‘The expertise of our staff also plays a big part in our success. Last year more than 12,000 people enrolled on our nationwide Academy Training courses to build on their photography skills.’
