Artisan designer Julie Dodsworth  launches a new trade counter on website

The JD brand although only in its fourth year is nationally established.

Jlp, Waterstones, Fenwicks , Lakeland and Harrods are just some of the many high street retail giants who carry the line.

Julie however wanted to also reach out to the independents who were so important in our establishing the brand in its early days.

The new  Town & Country trading post is designed to assist rural, provincial and seaside shops who wish to sell Julie's products as a collection.

Billed as a fantastic entry to the JD brand, retailers are able to buy smaller amounts across Julie's many collections.

The trading post has only been open a matter of weeks but the response has been tremendous says Julie.

The starter goody box starts at around £2oo and contains their known best-sellers and any particular new products the retailer is looking to try.

Further top ups can be made on line with access to free signage and a raft of social media support.

Retailer Sandgate Coffee shop and Delights of Whitby praised the innovative service and idea.  "We were very keen to try a little of all sorts of JD in our cafe and gift shop and Julies new trading post really helped us off the mark. We were advised us of our perfect buy in and they were spot on - our having to reorder with in just three weeks! Our goody box came with a free sign and our lovely shop featured on Julies popular social media that very day."
