Licensed beauty treats from H&A

The York-based licensed bath and beauty products has added some new names to its offering

Highlights include:

Bouffants & Broken Hearts by Kendra Dandy, a bold cosmetics, accessories, and bath range bursting with individuality, fun, and girl power. Designed in Philadelphia, the Bouffants & Broken Hearts range embodies the identity of artist Kendra Dandy, with stylish designs using bold, colourful prints and illustrations. The range will be available in September and has everything the young female consumer could need.

Kendra Dandy’s designs have already taken the fashion and homeware world by storm, making her artwork a perfect fit for the cosmetic and bathing sector. The product formulas have all been carefully chosen, providing fresh watermelon and mint fragrances that burst with flavour.

Holly Humphreys, Licensing and Marketing Manager at H&A, comments: “We’re very excited about the Bouffants & Broken Hearts range and know it will be a huge hit with the young female demographic, which is all about being bold, individual, and standing out.

“We expect the Match your Matte set to be a best seller, as lip and nail kits are currently very popular in the beauty sector, while matte finishes and coral tones are a key consumer trend for 2017 / 2018.

“H&A’s young female portfolio is ever expanding and we’re very excited about the addition of the fabulous Kendra Dandy’s Bouffants & Broken Hearts range. We’re very proud to be the brand’s trusted partner and look forward to seeing the reaction from consumers as the products hit stores.”

The Beauty & the Beast range brings to life the classic story and the nation’s favourite characters, including Chip – the cute and mischievous cup.
H&A’s portfolio of brands is ever expanding within the children’s category, with other popular names such as the Shopkins beauty and bathing range, available in Tesco, Well Pharmacy, and Wilko stores.

With the launch of the live action Beauty & the Beast and the new Spider-man film capturing consumer’s attention, as well as the Shopkins characters bringing out their own movie, it’s the perfect time for retailers to be investing in the brands and providing shoppers with quality products featuring their favourite characters.

Holly Humphreys, Licensing and Marketing Manager of H&A, said: “At H&A we keep our finger on the pulse of consumer trends and are always on the lookout for new and exciting brands to work with.

“The children’s category is something which we excel in, not just in product development but our quality assurance and also our knowledge of the category and the industry. Our vast portfolio of brands is a testament to our innovative approach to product design and development and has assured our leading industry position for 30 years.

“We’re excited to see shoppers’ reactions to the Beauty & the Beast and Spiderman ranges. We have no doubt the products will be a huge hit, not only with the children, but with the parents too!”
