Mary and Mel are raising funds

Vivid’s Mary Wood is cycling 50 miles and hosting an afternoon tea party with Mel Stack for the Toy Trust

Vivid’s Mary Wood is cycling 50 miles with Mel Stack on 2 July as part of the Toy Trust’s Big Cambridge Challenge.

The pair hope as many of you as possible can join them to help raise money for this year’s designated charities of UK Children’s Hospices and East Africa Playgounds.

The Toy Trust is hoping to raise up to £200,000 to provide play equipment for disabled and disadvantaged children in both Britain and East Africa.

There are several opportunities for you to help Mary and Mel raise funds.

For those who are local to Bray, they are holding an afternoon tea party, with tea, cakes, scones and Pimms provided for £10 per head – unless you wish to donate more.

The tea party is taking place Saturday 11 June from 3pm at Milsted, Old Mill Lane, Bray, SL6 2BG.

Make a reservation or book your tables now and join them on the day for sunshine, tea, and a candle sale and raffle.

Email Mel or Mary to RSVP so they know how many tasty treats to bake.

If anyone can donate a raffle prize, then please email Mel.

If you are unable to join the fun on the 11th, then Mel and Mary would appreciate any donations you can spare, however big or small, at
