Pyramid love the Beatles

Licence awarded for stationery collection featuring iconic album imagery

Pyramid have won the licence for a range of Beatles stationery set to launch in early 2018 and featuring imagery from the legendary Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, Yellow Submarine and Abbey Road albums.

Caroline Mickler Ltd, who have been managing the UK licensing programme for The Beatles together with Apple Corps since its inception, made the announcement today, Thursday 7 December.

A wide selection of stationery items is planned, including notebooks, storage boxes, tags, sticky notes, pin badges, pens and pencils with all the items illustrated with the album covers and logos as well as iconic photographs and artwork associated with one of the world’s most famous bands.

The range will launch in early 2018, when it will be available in a large number of High Street retail outlets, supermarkets and department stores with a wide target market, taking in Beatles fans of all ages, lovers of high-quality branded stationery and gift givers.

Over the years the list of Beatle licensed products has included posters, prints, board games, fashion bags, a selection of apparel ranging from babygros to t-shirts and Harrington jackets, limited edition timepieces and much more.

Caroline said: 'Beatles imagery is popular with fans of all ages and a number of instantly recognisable images have been beautifully adapted for this range.
