The Libra Company to expand sales team

Libra managing director, Paul McLaughlin told Gifts Today that the 2012 Spring Fair will see the well-established Dutch brand ‘Riverdale’ [reportedly strong in Northern Europe] being distributed by The Libra Company across the UK.

McLaughlin said: “The Riverdale brand is a collection of about 1,500 design-led homeware products crossing textiles, lighting, furniture and accessories, and will compliment the Libra collection admirably. Their power is in product development and they launch 400 new products each season, so the bulk of the collection is renewed every year or so.”
He added: “In order to do Riverdale the justice it deserves, we are quite naturally seeking sales professions nationwide, that’s both reps and agents.”

Just as a matter of further interest, Libra will be celebrating their 40th anniversary next year and intend to feature 40 of their ‘old winners’, one from each year, on their Spring Fair 2012 stand as an added attraction.
