The decorative homewares label, Parlane International, have turned things upside down by supplying their collection through an exclusive distributor in Australia.

They have teamed up with the well-established Gilshenan Imports, based near Brisbane, who have developed the hugely successful candle brand, ‘Shadows’. Gilshenan were looking to expand and grow their business and looked to the Parlane brand to run alongside their current product offering. A dedicated Parlane showroom has been set up, a new warehouse has been stocked and a website for Parlane Australia should be up and running in the next few months.

The Parlane launch took take place at the Melbourne Home & Giving Fair this Summer (well, British Summertime at least). Parlane owners, Mike and Caroline Burgess, travelled out to Melbourne to be at the Fair and offer their support. They were impressed by the level of interest and hope it will be the start of a very long relationship.
