Wrapping up competition

Designer gives scarf and necklace as prizes for M&G’s Spring Fair competition

The launch of their new Matthew Williamson licensed stationery, wrap and cards has given Museums & Galleries the chance to run a competition at Spring Fair for visitors to their 3P176 stand.

All people have to do is leave their business card or full contact details with M&G at the NEC and they’ll be in with a chance of winning either this lovely scarf and necklace provided by the designer who described the link up with the publishers as a “dream project”.

Debbie Williams, joint owner of M&G with Mint Publishing and Real & Exciting Designs, will draw two winners from the business cards collected on the stand at lunchtime on the final day of the show, which runs from Sunday to Thursday 7-11 February.

“To celebrate the launch of his range of stationery – cards, notelets, journals, notebooks, giftwrap, tissue bags and boxes – Matthew Williamson has kindly given us a scarf and necklace to give away to visitors to our stand,” said Debbie.

The first name drawn will receive a Matthew Williamson Tropical Leopard Pring DNA Scarf and the second name drawn out will win a Matthew Williamson necklace.

World-renowned for his highly recognisable signature aesthetic, the ranges showcase patterns from Matthew’s current collections and extensive print archive of the master of print, embellishment and kaleidoscopic colour.

The celebrated British designer said: “In a digital age, I still love sending and receiving cards, hand-writing notes and wrapping gifts so I'm thrilled to be well stocked up with some personal favourites and hope everyone enjoys them too!

“Working with Museums & Galleries has been a dream project for me. We have amassed such a strong print archive over our 20-year history and it's therefore been such a pleasure to revisit some of my favourites and re-imagine them as a luxury, yet affordable, category to our expanding lifestyle brand."

Full terms and conditions for the competiton are available on the M&G website.
